Fullstack Senior Javascript Engineer (remote)
• Travelport sought a Senior JavaScript Developer to lead an architecture rewrite of a core travel agent product, transitioning from a legacy CMS to a modern ReactJS and Java backend stack. With a small team of 3 senior developers, we initiated and implemented a hybrid Liferay-React proof of concept, which gained company-wide recognition and full support from stakeholders within a year. With this backing, I helped build and lead two development teams, collaborating with UX, designers, and product owners to create a year-long migration plan.
